Characteristics

Automatic UHT tubular sterilizer is designed and produced absorbing in foreign advanced technology and adopting many years’ experience .It is widely used for the sterilization of fruit juice, tea drinks, milk and virgin pulp and other liquid food.

The whole system adopts programmable control, operating system is image HMI, easy to know all running status of all components; control system takes the real-time control of temperature and data collection and storage. All valves, electric control system adopt well-known brands. It is easy to clean, with advanced structure, reliable usage.
UHT Sterilizer can carry out heating, heat preservation, heat recovery and cooling operations. At the phases of preheating section and sterilization, heat can be fully recycled. It adopts multi-phase to carry out heating, heat preservation, heat recovery and cooling operations, which can enhance the usage efficiency of heat energy.
In the whole process of sterilization, the temperature of the material are in full automatic control. When using the UHT sterilizer, according to user requirements the discharge temperature can be adjusted as per the aseptic sterilization filler requires.
